There are hundreds of background tracks to choose from, or you can have our production staff select an appropriate track for your business. Either way, we will make sure you are happy with the quality of the final on-hold product.
The initial production is prepared and made available to you for review, any changes are made and the final track is delivered as a loopable MP3 or delivered as a looped CD, whichever you prefer. There is a $9.00 Fee for CD deliveries.
All our productions mean you do not need to pay any APRA licenses for on-hold broadcasts. You can sell products, advise customers of frequently asked questions, opening times, email addresses, specials and many more. Having your own custom music on hold is a great benefit to any business.
VoiceStudio specialise in solutions for VoIP PBX systems so usually deliver on-hold files in MP3, OGG or WAV for clients. If you have a commander or key type system you may need a Music onhold player, these can usually be purchased from ebay and installed easily yourself. Make sure you have a line isolation unit for your player.
